Col. Rodney Faulk (right), the outgoing commander of the 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, passes the 310th ESC guidon to Maj. Gen. Peter S. Lennon, the commander of the 377th Theater Sustainment Command, during an April 20 change-of-command ceremony at the Defense Finance and Accounting Services building on Fort Benjamin Harrison, Ind. Faulk’s passing the guidon to the theater commander symbolizes the idea that no unit lacks the support of officers.
