Wisconsin Army National Guard Soldier, NCO of the Year advance to regionals

Spc. Theodore Ball, Company B, 1st Battalion, 128th Infantry, finishes strong at the conclusion of the 10-mile road march of the 2013 State Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year competition, April 21. This was the final event of the intensive three-day competition held at Fort McCoy, Wis. Five soldiers and eight noncommissioned officers from the Wisconsin Army National Guard are competing for the honor to serve as a state representative at the regional competition in May.
