Airmen with the Ohio Air National Guard's 200th Rapid Engineers Deployable Heavy Operations Repair Squadron, Engineers pour concrete, May 7, along a stretch of the U.S. Mexico border. The RED HORSE Airmen are participating in Operation Jump Start, a two-year, presidentially mandated mission placing National Guard members alongside agents of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol.
