Major General Rick Lynch, Multi-National Division - Center commanding general, speaks at a memorial plaque dedication on Camp Victory, Iraq, May 26, in honor of 98 MND-C fallen comrades who made the ultimate sacrifice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During the ceremony, Lynch asked the attending Soldiers and leaders to reflect on the fallen Soldiers, whose names were read by Command Sgt. Maj. Andrews, MND-C command sergeant major.
