Master Sgt. Ryan Witmer, 376th Air Expeditionary Wing flight safety NCO, loads an air pellet rifle as part of his duties for the bird and wildlife aircraft strike hazard program April 6, 2013, at Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan.
