Cpl. Angel M. Navarrete, center, explains emergency entrance and egress procedures aboard an MV-22B Osprey to Filipino aircraft rescue fire fighters at Clark Air Base, Republic of the Philippines April 7. Fire fighters from both militaries gathered for the training during exercise Balikatan 2013, an annual bilateral training evolution aimed at ensuring interoperability of the Philippine and U.S. militaries during planning, contingency and humanitarian assistance operations. Navarrete is an MV-22 tiltrotor crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
