Mark Cowett, Marine Corps Martial Arts Program instructor and a Chicago native, during martial arts training aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 26. Even though Cowett has reached the end of his active duty service, he still meets the Marines of Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron 38 each morning to conduct instructional training.
