Staff Sgt. Keith Becker, a martial arts instructor trainer serving with Weapons Field Training Battalion, climbs a rope with Justin Sekili, an 8-year-old native of Green Oaks, Ill., during a visit to Edson Range here, March 28, 2013. Sekili has a heart defect that required him to undergo multiple open-heart surgeries. The Make-A-Wish Foundation helped Sekili achieve his wish of becoming a Marine for a day. Becker, a 26-year-old native of Long Island, N.Y., said it was inspiring to see a young kid giving his all to impress the Marines and a great experience to spend time with Sekili.
