An overall view of the area set aside for the pingpong Launcher competition at the 25th Tulsa Engineering Challenge. A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers volunteer for the past six years has run the pingpong ball launcher competition. Competitors must launch the ball into the target to receive points based upon whether the ball goes into the rear left, rear right, or front target. Targets differ for lower and upper grade levels.
