Soldiers on Okinawa, Japan, register for college courses March 8 at Torii Station's Education Center. Department of the Army suspended tuition assistance based on the significant budget execution challenges caused by the combined effects of a possible year-long continuing resolution and sequestration. More than 320 soldiers signed up for courses for the upcoming spring session.
