U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Lawrence Decker, left, discusses a patient’s status with Royal Cambodian Army member at the Phnom Penh Preah Ket Melea Hospital Jan. 25 during Cambodia Medical Exercise 13-1. The U.S. service members will work alongside Royal Cambodian Armed Forces medical personnel during subject-matter expert exchanges to increase Cambodian and U.S. medical capability, capacity and interoperability.
