Randall Lewis (right) an architect with the Gulf Region South Coast Corps of Eningeers looks over work being done at the Basra Children's Hospital in Basra, Iraq May 2. The GRSC engineers work with 9 Iraqi firms on various parts of the hospital with a projected opening of February 2009. The project is one of over 40 the GRSC works with in the Basra area.
