U.S. sailors with Riverine Squadron 2 reorganize gear aboard high speed vessel Swift (HSV-2) Feb. 17, 2013, in the Atlantic Ocean. HSV-2 deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility to conduct Southern Partnership Station 2013. SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
