An F/A-18D Hornet aircraft conducts fixed-wing aerial refueling Feb. 19 after taking off from Wing One Royal Thai Air Force Base, Nakhon Ratchasima, Kingdom of Thailand, during exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Thailand and the U.S. are committed to working together in areas of common interest for the betterment of regional security and, through exercises like CG 13, strengthening the alliance between the two nations. The aircraft is assigned to Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 224, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
