CCP personnel in Nepal for disaster relief exercise

Members of the U.S. Army Pacific Contingency Command Post (foreground) participate in the Pacific Resilience Disaster Response Exercise and Exchange Table Top Exercise in Kathmandu, Nepal, Feb. 4-8, 2013. CCP personnel are sharing information on their capabilities with the other exercise participants to include the government of Nepal, The Nepal Army, the U.S. Department of State, other members of USARPAC and U.S. Marines from the III Marine Expeditionary Force. The exercise is designed to help better coordinate a disaster response in Nepal.

  • Participants in the Nepal Pacific Resilience Disaster Response Exercise & Exchange (DREE) conduct and after action reviewing following search and rescue operations during the second day of the exercise Sept. 10 in Kathmandu, Nepal.
