U.S. Navy sailors and Royal Malaysian Army soldiers work together to apply stucco to a wall during construction of a multipurpose building at Ban Piang Elementary School in San Pa Tong district, Chiang Mai province, Kingdom of Thailand Feb. 5, 2013. The construction project is part of the Cobra Gold 2013 engineering civil action program to improve local infrastructure at the school. CG 13 partner forces are conducting ENCAPs, cooperative health engagements, and other civil-military activities in the Kingdom of Thailand to promote regional prosperity, security and cooperation among participating militaries. The sailors are from the Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 5, 1st Naval Construction Division and the soldiers are with the 1st Squadron Royal Engineers.
