IPs receive diplomas

Larry Bray, an international police advisor from Baltimore, Md., gives a final speech to the latest class of pre-academy course national police graduates, April 19, at Joint Security Station Doura in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. The monthly pre-academy course is normally comprised of approximately 45 students from the police force and Sons of Iraq (Abna al-Iraq).
