Brig. Gen.l Kevin Leonard, commanding general of the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) made his opening remarks during a Transfer of Authority ceremony where 640th Sustainment Brigade relinquished command to 4th Sustainment Brigade held at the Zone 1 Gym, here. The 4th Sustainment Brigade will be the major logistical supplier to combat forces within the Central Command area of responsibility.
