The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest leadership, along with her teammates, recognizes Ms. Johnson with the Golden Wrench Award for April 2024. Her initiative, diligence, drive, and dedication were demonstrated by outstanding support to the Disability Program. We are profoundly proud to honor Camisha with this recognition award for her extraordinary accomplishments as the Reasonable Accommodations Coordinator at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW). Camisha's remarkable efforts have earned her the FY24 2nd Quarter, Department of Navy, Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist “Community Spotlight” award, which has set a benchmark in the field of equal employment across the command. Her exceptional leadership and innovative strategies have completely transformed the Reasonable Accommodation program at FRCSW, elevating it to a model of best practices across NAVAIR. Her dedication to enhancing accessibility and fostering an inclusive work environment has made a significant impact, benefitted countless employees, and set a sterling example for her peers.
