congratulatory acknowledgements…Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Rachel A. Shultz is readily acclaimed by Naval Hospital/Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Bremerton staff, April 26, 2024, for being recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal – in lieu of second award – for superior performance of her duties while serving as general duty corpsmen for Pediatrics Department from March 2021 to April 2024. She completed over 700 exams and more than 175 minor procedures for 7,765 pediatric dependents, contributing to 97 percent patient satisfaction. As liaison for visiting specialist, she supported approximately 525 additional encounters, increasing access to specialty care by 20 percent.
