Carnal, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), and Brian Zirbel, executive director, NAVSUP BSC, sign a Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) Proclamation, reinforcing their commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected. Each year, NAVSUP BSC participates in SAAPM during April to raise awareness and engage personnel in prevention and intervention strategies for service members, civilians, contractors, and family members.
