NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (April 9, 2024) Retired Vice Adm. Ann Rondeau, president of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), and Doug Beck, director of the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), are joined by senior Navy officials and NPS students after the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two institutions during the Sea-Air-Space conference in National Harbor, Md.
