Turner Blount, one of the first African-Americans to train at Recruit Depot Montford Point, recalls memories from boot camp and World War II, while looking through a scrapbook he compiled of past and present Montford Point history. The retired master sergeant enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1943, and served in WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
