Members of the Nevada National Guard taught a training course to members of the Samoan Police Service in Apia, Samoa, as a subject matter exchange occurred between the two groups as part of the State Partnership Program, Feb. 26, 2024. The SPP, which establishes partnerships between a state’s National Guard and a partner country, has been crucial in promoting bilateral cooperation and capacity building in key areas.
