Mickey Scroggins goes "Wherever Benjamin Franklin is needed," says the self-employed historic interpreter of Benjamin Franklin who's been portraying Franklin in sightseeing tours for 25 years. Mickey was with a group of 100 students who were in Washington for The 57th Presidential Inauguration on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013. "I'm in Williamsburg, Philadelphia, Washington giving tours and greeting people and lecturing." The inauguration included the Presidential Swearing-in Ceremony, Inaugural Address, Inaugural Parade and numerous inaugural balls and galas honoring the elected president of the United States.
