Woodward, a warehouse clerk, all with the Supply Section of the Command Element, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, enjoy themselves at an Anberlin concert held in the hangar bay of the USS Peleliu, Jan. 21. Anberlin, a rock band from the United States, spent more than 20 hours traveling to see the deployed Marines and sailors of the 15th MEU and Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group, Jan. 21-22. The visit included a musical performance as well as a tour of the ship and its amenities. The 15th MEU is deployed as part of the Peleliu ARG as a U.S. Central Command theater reserve force, providing support for maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
