The 2d Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment, 16th Aviation Brigade, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington is awarded the 2023 Lt. Gen. Ellis D. Parker Award, Combat Support category, as well as being named the overall Parker Award winner, during the Aviation Senior Leader Forum Jan. 24, 2024, at Fort Novosel, Ala. Receiving the award is Lt. Col. James Fischer, Chief Warrant Officer 4 Adam Erickson, and Command Sgt. Maj. Scott Campbell. The award was presented by Maj. Gen. Michael McCurry, U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence commander and Army Aviation branch chief, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Michael Corsaro, chief warrant officer of the branch, and Command Sgt. Maj.
