Proctor, former commander of Troop B and now-commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, was recognized after the Soldiers of Troop B "Bonecrushers" earned the coveted Draper Armor Leadership Award, for fiscal year 2013. "Each division picks the best troop to earn the Draper Award, and you all are it,"  Murray said. "Since the 3rd Infantry Division is the best division in the United States Army, you are the best troop in the Army." The Draper Armor Leadership Award was established in 1924 by Lt. Col.
