Retired Col. Robert Howard, a Medal of Honor recipient, addresses the aviators of Task Force XII during a visit to Soldiers stationed on Camp Taji, March 25. Howard earned the award for his actions while serving as a platoon sergeant for an American-Vietnamese platoon that was on a mission to rescue a missing Soldier in enemy-controlled territory in the Republic of Vietnam.
