U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to the hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) secure a mock patient onto a stretcher during aeromedical evacuation and SH-60 familiarization with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 “Island Knights” at Andersen Air Force Base in Yigo, Guam, during Pacific Partnership 2024-1 Dec. 11, 2023.
