Hull Technician 1st Class Cassidy Flatt, a native of Des Moines, Iowa, reels in a communication cable aboard a Landing Craft, Air Cushion assigned to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 5 during amphibious operations with USS Boxer (LHD 4) in the Pacific Ocean, Nov. 18, 2023.
