Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASN M&RA) Juan M. Garcia shakes hands with Cmdr. Sidney Hodgson during a breakfast meeting with Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) students held on the university campus Jan. 10. Garcia is taking part in a two-day visit to NPS to meet with university officials, faculty, and students as well as to participate in community focus group meetings in response to a directive from Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus that are designed to strengthen ties between the prestigious military graduate school and the regional community.
