NAVAL OUTLYING FIELD IMPERIAL BEACH, California (Nov. 3, 2023) Cmdr. Ryan D. McGinn, the oncoming Commanding Officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 11, receives his command pin from his wife during the change of command ceremony.
