Marines show holiday spirit

Staff Sgt. Scott Whitlock (left), motor transport maintenance chief with 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, presents a gift to Cpl. Tasia Kunhardt, a 21-year-old motor vehical operator with I Marine Expeditionary Force, from Klamath Falls, Ore., at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 21. Whitlock raised money through the National Wild Turkey Federation, a local nonprofit conservation and hunting organization, and decided to use it to give back to fellow Marines. Kunhardt, mother of a 10-month-old daughter, received children's clothes and toys.

Heroes and Patriots, a non-profit organization, donated seven computers to the 21-Area bachelor enlisted quarters.
