Cadets with the Puerto Rico National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Academy Honor Guard present the colors during the Class 23-02 graduation ceremony at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, Ponce, Puerto Rico, Sept. 15, 2023.
