Brig. Gen. James Campbell and staff from the Maine Army National Guard tour Golubovci Air Base during the Adjutant General's first official visit to Montenegro, Dec. 11. Campbell, assumed the role of the adjutant general in August of this year, he is working to reinforce the principles of MaineÕs state partnership program with Montenegro and develop the program further.
