Tommy Latimer, fire fighter, Fort Carson Fire Emergency and Services, briefs soldiers of 204th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, on the dangers and consequences of drunken driving during a crash display set up on Fort Carson, Dec. 5, 2012.
