U.S. Marine Corps Col. Timothy Brady Jr., G-3 Assistant Chief of Staff, Marine Forces, Pacific, makes introductory remarks during the Marine Littoral Regiment brief at the ninth iteration of the Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium, Bali, Indonesia, July 12, 2023. Brady served as the 3d MLR commanding officer after its redesignation in March, 2022 and provided knowledge of the new unit at PALS 23. This year's symposium hosts senior leaders from 24 participating nations who are committed to a free and open Indo-Pacific, with the objective of strengthening and developing regional relationships.
