Britton Hall, both attached the Special Troops Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, Fort Eustis, Va., help the New Jersey and New York Fire Department pump out water from the Port Authority Trans-Hudson Exchange Place Station, in Jersey City, N.J. Nov. 9. The subway system was flooded all the way to the World Trade Center Station from the damage left by Hurricane Sandy Oct. 29. Both diving engineers are part of a team attached to the STB that assisted in the New York Metropolitan area after the damage left by Hurricane Sandy Oct. 29.
