U.S. Air Force pararescuemen with the 131st Rescue Squadron, 129th Rescue Wing, California Air National Guard prepare for an overwater rescue operation onboard an HC-130J Combat King II aircraft to render aid to a fisherman who sustained serious head injury on a fishing vessel 750 miles off the coast of Costa Rica, July 8, 2023.
