PORT HUENEME, Calif. (May 14, 2023) Sailors, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, attach a brace to opposing pilings to shore up a mock pier and repair simulated damage. NMCB 4 is currently conducting Field Training Exercise Turning Point to become the ready-to-deploy battalion for the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
