Army Reserve units pool resources to provide first-ever support to civil authorities

the Army Reserve's 401st, 410th and 431st Quartermaster Teams as they
prepare for their water-pumping mission as the first-ever Army Reserve
soldiers activated for a domestic natural disaster under the National
Defense Authorization Act of 2012.
