Builder 3rd Class Blake Fradette from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 (NMCB 4) fills a sandbag to build-up a defensive position during a Field Training Exercise (FTX) known as Operation Turning Point. Operation Turning point is an around-the-clock exercise where the Battalion is assessed on its ability to conduct expeditionary construction in a distributed and hostile environment.
