Farm City Week Tour

Altus AFB personnel and families tour the Galivon grain elevator during Farm City week, Nov. 7, 2012. The grain elevator is used to quickly dispense grains and fertilizers into train carts for export to countries around the world. Farm City Week is held annually to highlight the importance of agriculture in the Altus and Jackson County economy and focuses on the partnership between the base and the local farming industry.
