USS Vandegrift (FFG 48), along with Royal Cambodian Navy patrol crafts (PC 1141 and PC 1142), participate in a photo exercise during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
