Spc. Christopher Klepitch, a carpenter with the 115 Engineering Battalion out of Clarksburg, W.Va., shovels six foot snow mounds from the roof of the Davis Volunteer Fire Department. Klepitch, a Cumberland, Md. native, worked with other 115 soldiers to remove the snow to prevent the roof from collapsing nearly a week after Hurrican Sandy hit the East coast. Volunteer firefighter, Lt. John Felton, spent much of the day working with the Guard soldiers shoveling snow so the shelter at the fire department could remain operational.
