In preparation for a possible power-outage, Spc. Shawn Boyer, network systems maintenance specialist and Sgt. Timothy Clark, information systems operator, with Headquarters and Headquarters Supply Company, 628th Aviation Support Battalion, assemble a portable antenna capable of providing Internet capabilities to the tactical operations center set in in area 13, in support of Operation Sandy, Oct. 30, 2012. "It's not too good out here," said Boyer, motioning to the rain. "But this is what we signed up for. This is what we do."
