Sgt. 1st Class Horace Locklear, a native of Pembroke, N.C., briefs his Soldiers before a consequence management mission to Fourteenth Ramadan at Camp Taji, Iraq, Feb. 8. Fourteenth Ramadan is part of the Taji Qada, which lies northwest of Baghdad. Locklear, is the platoon sergeant for 2nd Platoon, Company B, 1st Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
