Soldiers assigned and attached to 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, bow their heads during an invocation during a memorial service honoring Capt. Michael A. Norman, Feb. 2. Norman, 36, was born in Austin, Texas, and served as a military intelligence officer with 3rd Battalion, 8th Brigade, 2nd Division National Police Transition Team. Norman died during combat operations in Baghdad Jan. 31.
