Daryl Caudle, Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, listens to a question posed by Aviation Electronics Technician 2nd Class Dioni Chapman, assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 8 during an all-hands call in squadron’s hangar bay March 16.
